Alhamdullilah dikurniakan rezeki lagi, saya mengandung anak kedua selepas 3 tahun menunggu. Berbeza dengan pengalaman anak pertama yang bersalin secara cesarean, yang kedua saya dapat bersalin secara normal, tanpa epidural, forcep atau vacum hanya ubat penahan sakit dan gas penahan sakit.
Saya bersalin anak kedua sama seperti yang anak pertama dengan umur kandunagn 41 minggu.Overdue lagi. Mungkin sebab saya jenis mengandung perut besar membuatkan baby sangat selesa kat dalam tu kot..huhu.Kali ini saya dapat rasakan braxton hick contraction yang mula datang sejak 35 minggu kandungan lagi.Kalau dulu tak de rasa apa-apa langsung.
Ketika seminggu sebelum due date saya mula mengalami leaking dengan kuantiti yang sedikit dan berlaku setiap selang 2 hari, especially ketika waktu nak bangun ke bilik air pada waktu malam. Bila bangun je keluar air macam terkencing dalam seluar.Saya mengalaminya beberapa kali dan sudah beberapa kali ke hospital .Tapi setiap kali sampai hospital je tak de pulak keluar.
Sampai lah due date tak bersalin juga.Doc set kan lagi 2 minggu untuk menyerah diri dan bersalin secara caesarean jika tiada tanda juga.Nasib menyebelahi saya, seminggu sebelum tarikh yang di tetapkan saya turun tanda dan contraction makin kerap.Menjadi juga teknik cepatkan bersalin yang saya buat tu.. Yes!!
Admited di hospital pukul 12 tengah hari dengan bukaan 3cm dan saya bersalin malam itu juga jam 11 malam.Pengalaman yang tidak boleh di jual beli walaupun saya lah orang yang paling bising hari tu, meroyan-royan dalam labour room menahan sakit.Sampai semua doc bertugas malam tu kenal .Popular sekejap.Tapi memang pengalaman yang paling best. Meroyan hanyalah 1 cara saya menahan sakit sebab saya bukan jenis yang menagis.
Tulang pinggang masa tu macam di patah-patahkan serentak tak dapat nak gambarkan sakit bersalin ni.Umpama sakit macam nak mati tapi tak mati-mati.haaa gitu lah sakitnya.
Setelah 11 jam menunggu bukaan sampai 10cm dan 45minit meneran , akhirnya saya selamat melahirkan secara normal seorang bayi perempuan seberat 3.9kg.. Wah besarnya.Patut la susah nak keluar .
Baby dan saya tidak menghadapi sebarang komplikasi, Jadi kami di benarkan pulang keesokkan harinya.Berbeza bersalin secara caesarean dulu saya terpaksa tinggal beberapa hari di hospital.
Alhamdullilah, melalui saat berpantang selepas bersalin secara normal lebih mudah.Sebab saya mudah untuk meyusu bayi dan bergerak.Cuma agak ngeri nak ke bilik air. Berjahit kot.
Belajar dari pengalaman yang lepas dengan set bersalin yang tidak terusik.Kali ini saya mengunakkan set bersalin nona ruguy untuk kegunaan herba-herba luaran.Memang best dah mudah.Tak perlu lagi nak cari segala macam daun-daun dan herba lagi.
